Adopted Paisan

Teddy was basically adopted by Gaetano this morning when Daddy stopped for calzones. As they pulled in Teddy asked “where are we going?” To an Italian bakery “oh I like that” Teddy was convinced. overwhelmed by the case of beautiful cookies the ladies brought him the red velvet he was eyeing. Gaetano, as he introduced himself to Teddy, brought out samples - still warm -of a ricotta puff pastry. Dad got a lesson about tiramisu  

THEN they found out this curly redhead was a paisan and everyone was more excited and Gaetano wanted a picture of Teddy so they posed before leaving. Before Teddy got to the car however he wanted a picture with Gaetano so we went back! 

…next time Teddy will be sure to mention he is an offspring of Giovanni. Maybe he’ll get a ricotta pie..
